Purpose and Destiny Discovery
Impact Purpose and Destiny’s vision is to be a resource center and a ministry incubator that equips and empowers people and organizations to walk in intimate relationship with God the Father, discover their identity, embrace their purpose and fulfill their destiny, thus impacting and transforming lives, communities and future generations.
The main way that we fulfill this vision is what we call Purpose and Destiny Discovery.
Purpose - the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.
Destiny - a specific purpose or place to which a person or thing is set apart for.
Discovery - the act or process or making something known or visible.
Purpose and Destiny Discovery is the process of making known and visible the reason that a person exists and giving them the tools to begin to realize and walk out that purpose, thus fulfilling their destiny. Please make sure you visit our purpose and destiny page.
We offer various formats of Purpose and Destiny Discovery tailored to your church or ministries needs. Please contact us for more information and to setup an initial consultation.
Kingdom Strategic Planning
Kingdom Strategic Planning is Purpose and Destiny Discovery on an organizational level.
Kingdom Strategic Planning is a process that a church or ministry intentionally engages in for the purpose of identifying their overall mission, vision and values and to identify a means of achieving these with the end result being the furtherance of the Kingdom of God.
First, a little about the word “planning”. Jeremiah 29.11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” God is the master planner and we must recognize Him as being the master planner.
When we say “planning”, we are not talking about plans that originate from our human wisdom, experience and strength. We are talking about seeking, identifying, clarifying and articulating “blueprints” from the Master Planner. The plans come from God, but they are received from God and communicated by a human. We must always remember Jeremiah 10.23, “I know, LORD, that our lives are not our own. We are not able to plan our own course” (NLT).
Kingdom Strategic Planning involves:
Positioning ourselves to hear and receive from the Master Planner.
The Lord speaking.
Writing the vision down.
Casting the vision to others so that they can run with it.
In the first chapter of Habakkuk, the prophet is complaining to the Lord because he does not see God moving and doing what he promised. He sees the righteous in distress while the wicked have no worries. In chapter 2 of Habakkuk, the prophet positions himself to hear the Lord’s answer to his complaints. Verses 1-3 say:
I will take my stand at my watchpost and station myself on the tower, and look out to see what he will say to me, and what I will answer concerning my complaint. And the Lord answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it. For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.
God told Habakkuk that He would do everything that he said, in the “appointed time”. It may hasten, you may not see it yet, but it will not lie, it will come. But first God told the prophet to, “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.”
Many times church and ministry leadership do not have a clear “blueprint” from heaven. They have a calling, they have the gifting, they have a vision (or pieces of a vision), but is it from heaven and is it articulated in such a way that others can clearly understand it and run with it?
Just as every person is unique and has a unique purpose, so every church and ministry has a unique purpose and destiny. Yes, there is just one universal church, the Body of Christ, but that body is made of many varying parts, each uniquely different. Christian individuals are not (or should not be) shaped from a cookie-cutter and neither should churches and ministries.
Yes, there are universal forms and there are universal norms, but within those forms and norms is much freedom. Church growth and “how to” materials are valuable aids, but are not meant to replace a unique, personalized blueprint directly from heaven.
Impact Purpose and Destiny helps churches and ministry organizations in discovering who they are and aids them in clearly articulating what is the mission, vision and values that God has given them. We will work closely with the leadership coaching them through strategic planning, but not our strategic plans. We are simply facilitators to help pull out the “gold” that is in the ministry. Impact Purpose and Destiny will come alongside and help the ministry pull out what is already inside. We help ministries to discover, refine, codify and articulate the mission, the vision and the values that God has purposed for them. This process then allows the ministry to run with it, leading to God’s purposes coming to fruition and their destiny being fulfilled.

Destiny Coach
Destiny Coach is Purpose and Destiny Discovery on a deeper, individual level. Destiny Coach is for those who have completed one of our Purpose and Destiny Discovery classes and have a desire to come into a coaching relationship with us.
We do not define coaching as “telling you what to do” or even telling you how we have done it. We define coaching as leading you to discover the gold that is already inside of you and helping you to pull it out, refine it and begin to walk in all the purpose that God has for your life, a purpose that He ordained for you before you even took your first breath.
Before time, God had a purpose. He took a unique piece of that purpose and wrapped a perfectly woven tapestry of His handiwork around it and called it you. Our goal at Impact Purpose and Destiny is to work with you to discovery the reality of the Apostle Paul’s prayer, “that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 1.17-20)
This kind of coaching is very personal and relational. This is not a one-size fits all program. Each person is unique and each coaching relationship is unique and structured around you as a unique individual with a unique history, a unique gift set, a unique vision and a unique destiny.
Destiny coaching has very limited slots at any given time. If you have completed a Purpose and Destiny Class and would be interested in Destiny Coaching, please contact us to setup an initial consultation.
Financial Impact
God is a God of blessing and abundance. God’s first act after creating Adam and Eve was to bless them. His first words to them were, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” His second words to them were, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.” (Genesis 1.28-29)
This mandate of blessing, fruitfulness, growth, dominion and provision has never changed. It may have been derailed by the enemy, but Christ redeemed it. Jesus himself said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” (John 10.10)
Abundance simply means “having enough”, having enough to fulfill what God has called you to do and having enough to bless others. Yes, there have been many abuses with the “Prosperity Gospel”, but misuse does not negate the truth that God is a God of blessing and Christ did die so that we could be restored to life and life abundant. God wants to bless you, not so you can horde it, but so that you can bless others. (Genesis 12.2)
One of our goals at Impact Purpose and Destiny is to help people break the poverty mentality, breakthrough the chains of debt and lack and start looking through the “Kingdom glasses” of blessing and abundance. We want to help lead people begin to walk in freedom, freedom from debt and lack, freedom from the misuse of money, freedom into the right use of wealth, blessing others and establishing His Kingdom.

Life Impact Counseling
We offer Pastoral Christian Counseling to those in need. You may ask, what is Christian Counseling? D. Jeremy Lelek, PH.D., President of the Association of Biblical Counselors, put it best: "Biblical counseling endeavors to build a relationship with another person in which God's work of change can thrive. It is therefore dependent on the Work of God, the work of the Holy Spirit and the grace of Jesus Christ...The Biblical counselor rests in the knowledge that he is not the change agent, but the tool in the hands of the One who is. The Biblical counselor does not ignore the physical issues or the emotional data, but seeks to integrate them into the holistic understanding of the person and where change needs to take place. The Biblical counselor is not adversarial in his relationship to the psychologies of his culture, but examines research and insights through the lens of Scripture. In his work with the counselee the Biblical counselor always recognizes the sovereignty of God, the transformative grace of Christ, and the insight-giving and conviction-producing ministry of the Holy Spirit. In all this the Biblical counselor sees himself not as an isolated instrument of change, but one whose work is intimately connected to God's primary tool of change; the church, with all of its God-ordained, duties, structures and means of grace."
